Our work culture:

We at Subhiksha prefer to have a familial work culture rather than a corporate setup. Subhiksha is a proven 35year old (since 1986) business house run by a small, tightly knit team of professionally educated individuals. Each and every employee in our team are bound more by personal relations than 'employee-employer contracts'.

At Subhiksha, we want to provide the best home buying experience for our customers, weather it is for a 1BHK 500 Sq.ft flat or a 2400 Sq.ft deluxe villa. As such, we expect candidates to have qualities that transalate to having a very fine attention to detail.

What do we do:

We are a 35 year old property development company having developed over 200 apartments in Chennai city.

We are now expanding and are looking for enthusiastic and energetic people to be part of our growing team.

Where do we do business:

We are primarily a Chennai based real estate developer. We concentrate on a few select handpicked areas for our projects after a through market study. In the past, most of our projects have been completed in the following areas,

• Choolaimedu - Nungambakkam - Arumbakkam area
• Kodambakkam - Ashok Nagar - West Mambalam area
• Vadapalani - Saligramam - Porur belt
• Adyar - Kasturibai Nagar radius

What kind of people are we looking for:

• We have been doing business since 1986 and have earned the trust and respect of our customers. We think this is because of our individual attention to their needs. We look for people who share this quality

• We are a small company by our own choice. At this stage, for us growth of our company is not only about getting bigger, it is about getting better.
