Desired Qualification & Experience:

  • Any regular/full time English medium candidates with any bachelor degree
  • You will need to own a two wheeler & must be comfortably traveling to the properties we manage whenever required
  • At Least 2 to 3 years working experience, particularly involving day to day interactions with clients/customers
  • Must be comfortable with Computers, Internet & Documentation works

Role Overview: 

  • As the Property Management/Mnt Assistant you will be responsible to visit the properties managed/owned by the company & attend the complaints of the property owners/licensees and be able to solve/hear in an ample manner
  • You must attend calls to let out the properties, to appoint security and other complaint calls
  • Data of all the properties managed by the company have to be properly/completely maintained in the computer as per the company’s style of recording
  • You should regularly visit and monitor the properties that are managed by the company
  • You will be trained to verify and complete the legal and other documentation procedures and formalities between the company and Licensees
  • You must follow up renewals of the existing licensees and their appropriate documentation works
  • You must follow up the letters & other notices from the Govt., authorities for all the properties managed by the company

General Scope of Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for answering all the calls related to M/s Subhiksha Care.Property Management Services
  • You will have to frequently/daily reports/information to the Property Manager in-charge regarding the activities & processes done by you for all the properties
  • You must ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the properties managed under Subhiksha care, by actively coordinating with various contractors/maintenance personal

Other information:

  • Office timings for this position: 9.00AM to 6.30PM (Mon-Sat) with two coffee breaks (11.30AM & 4.30PM) and a 30 minute lunch break (between 1.30 to 2.30PM). Office timings may extend in the evenings some days and very frequently on Saturdays
  • We are a stable (started in 1986) and a growing concern. Though there might not be much room for starting monetary benefits, on you proving your value to our team, you may experience more benefits that are not only monetary

  • You will be working under the PropertyManager to whom you will have to report for day to day work
  • Location preference: You will be a vital link in the day to day management of the properties, Hence it is essential that you make yourself available in the office on all working days on time. Considering this, it is preferable if you reside in and around Kodambakkam, Ashok Nagar, Vadapalani or nearby areas
