Being the face of the company to our clients / business partners, it is very essential that you maintain high standards of professionalism and conduct. 

1) Communication Skills: 

  • This position requires excellent communication skills (Excellent proficiency in English and Tamil) and proper etiquette. Knowledge in other Indian languages is a bonus (Telugu / Malayalam / Hindi) but not essential

2) Managerial Qualities:

  • You must be someone who can think on his or her feet - Everyday, new situations may arise in the office requiring quick decisions and immediate action
  • To well position yourself in this role, you should be able to stretch your administrative capabilities beyond your job description to tackle the unexpected complexities of today's workplace

3) Organizational Skills

  • Experience in handling management level coordination is essential
  • Good time management skills and multitasking ability

4) Customer or Client Service Orientation  

  • We beleive, a positive experience with the Admin assistant/Office co-ordinator will reflect positively on our overall business - You must be able to smoothly work with clients, find out their needs and deliver it with ease

About this position:

  • You should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and should be able to work independently with little or no supervision
  • You must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs
  • The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role

Qualification and experience:

  • Minimum UG Degree / Specialization - Human Resources, Management, Secretaryship, MIS or similar. You should have gone and successfully completed full time / regular college
  • MBA with HR are preferred
  • Ideal experience would be 3 or more years in human resources position or as an Executive Assistant / Front Desk/ Office admin
  • What is important here is a team player with strong communication skills, planning/organizaing skills, confidence and an outward personality (aka, those who are enthusiastic about creating new HR initiatives, setting team objectives, organizing office celebrations, project kickstarts(bhoomi pooja) etc
  • Attention to detail is a very essential quality

Location preference:

Being on time at the office is very essential for this position. Hence, those residing in and around Kodambakkam, Ashok Nagar, Vadapalani, Choolaimedu, T.Nagar or nearby areas are preferred unless you have a vehicle and can commit to being on time everyday.
